Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order and receive a refund in full before the shipping process has begun.
Once the shipping process has been initiated, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please wait for your parcel to arrive and then follow our standard return procedure.

Returns and Exchanges

Most items in new, unopened, and unused condition are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  2. with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  3. Wait to Receive Instructions: We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
  4. Package Items: Pack the item(s) securely in original packaging, including all accessories/documents.
  5. Post Your Return: Send the package as instructed. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unopened and in original condition.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Return Charges

Our Mistake (incorrect or defective item):

  • Full refund + we cover return postage.

Buyer’s Remorse (change of mind/preference):

  • Full refund
  • Return postage cost is the customer’s responsibility
  • No restocking fees

Refunds

Processing Time: Within 10 business days after we receive and accept the return.
Method: Refunded to the original payment method.

Currency:

  • UK refunds will be issued in GBP (£).
  • US & Canada refunds will be issued in USD ($).

Late or Missing Refunds

Recheck your bank account or statement.

Sale Items

Sale items can be returned and refunded under the same conditions as full-priced items.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. The fastest way to receive the item you want is to submit a return, and once it is approved, place a new order for the desired item. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@nkdproducts.shop, and we will be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@nkdproducts.shop or call us on 0116 430 0337 with the details. We will cover all return shipping costs. After inspection, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, based on your preference.
